As the Vice President of Iowa Operations & Sales, Shain is responsible for executing company strategy and providing visionary leadership for the profitable growth of the Iowa facilities in the AVEKA Group.  Shain brings over 20 years of industry experience to the role and will oversee key accounts to ensure customers receive a quality and industry-leading experience.  Shain brings a background in quality, safety, and operations as he served as General Manager of Aveka Manufacturing for 11 years.  Shain loves camping, golfing, or chasing that next big fish somewhere with his family.
