As the Sr. Vice President of Nutrition, Food, & Agriculture, Shain is responsible for executing company strategy, bringing visionary leadership for the profitable growth of the AVEKA Group, and providing innovative solutions to complex problems in the ingredient market. Shain brings over 25 years of industry experience to the role and will oversee key accounts to ensure customers receive a quality and industry-leading experience. Shain brings a background in quality, safety, and operations, serving as VP of Iowa Operations and Sales for four years and General Manager of AVEKA Manufacturing for 11 years. Shain loves the outdoors, golfing, or chasing that next big fish somewhere with his family and friends.
