   Project Overview:
AVEKA's customer had a soil remediation product consisting of a colloidal Ph buffer  that needed to be scaled-up to production rates.
The process involved the incorporation of dry powder raw materials into a colloid according to a precise recipe.  This required liquefying, dispersion processing, and packaging within the customer's specifications.

AVEKA Solution:
AVEKA employed its liquefying, liquid handling, and dispersion processing expertise coupled with strong analytical capability in order to achieve a satisfactory product.
The client is now a recurring production customer because of AVEKA's ability to consistently meet their needs.
This project began as a lab-scale R&D project, and then progressed to production scale through a strong partnership.
